Ashwell London is delighted to announce that we have been instructed by Derwent London on 19-35 Baker Street, W1 – a major central London development.
Planning permission has been awarded for a 297,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme designed by Hopkins – 217,000 sq ft of offices, 52,000 sq ft of residential and 28,000 sq ft of retail.
The office accommodation will provide cutting edge, best in class space with offices over first to ninth floors and a stunning shared terrace / hospitality facility on the tenth floor. The scheme will also provide a full suite of end of journey facilities.
We are due to start on site in H2 2021 with completion in H1 2025.
