Having recently acted on behalf of our client Resolution Property in the purchase of this 600,000 sq ft office campus formerly known as Thomas More Square London E1, they have now rebranded this vibrant commercial district as Moretown.

In addition to Wapping Sourdough artesian bakery, The Moretown Belle bar and Pret a Manger, further food offerings are arriving soon in the shape of Benugo, Wahaca and Beboz, all providing occupiers with an exciting variety of culinary choice. In addition Moretown hosts a weekly food market for those looking for more adventurous and exotic flavours.

Moretown is located at the junction of Thomas More Street and East Smithfield. Tower Hill, Tower Gateway, Aldgate and Aldgate East (District, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan Lines and the DLR) are all within a short walking distance.

The repositioning of Moretown is part of an emerging Central London neighbourhood on the doorstep of the City, alongside St Katherine Docks and Berkeley Homes’ London Dock development.
