Ashwell London is delighted to announce that we have been appointed by LBS Properties on their scheme at 107 Gray’s Inn Road.
LBS is a property development and investment management company with a focus on Central London and are active in both the residential and commercial property markets.
107 Grays Inn Road is a 14,000 square ft office building comprised of ground and four upper floors, located less than 0.5 miles from Russell Square, Chancery Lane and Holborn Underground stations and a 9 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line at Farringdon station.
LBS has undertaken a complete internal refurbishment of the property, including a new, extended staffed reception, and external refurbishment, to provide new Grade A office space with bike storage, lockers and showers.
107 Gray’s Inn Road already features on our website as we acquired the ground, first and second floors for Tetra Tech. There are just the third and fourth floor remaining and LBS will be undertaking a landlord fit out to provide plug and play offices available of new flexible leases.
