Seven months later, we have moved the 6th floor tenant out of their 15,000 sq ft floor, acquired them 8,000 sq ft of super prime office space in the City, arranged an early surrender of their lease and simultaneously let their floor to the 4th floor tenant, and let both the vacant 3rd floor and the soon to be vacated 4th floor with a combined c.40,000 sq ft to a leading serviced office provider.
These transactions have reposition the yield profile of this trophy asset and mitigated voids that could otherwise have been extensive.
