Another off-market acquisition for our clients, this time in the prestigious St James's area!

Ashwell London is proud to announce that we’ve successfully represented one of London’s leading and very private investment management firms in their search for a new office space. We have represented our client over the last 30 years and have also had the privilege to act on behalf of their many group companies.

 

Working hand in hand with our client, we inspected numerous office schemes both available immediately and those that had not been brought to the market. It was important for our client to identify a high-quality building without reflecting undue opulence. From initial consultations to viewings, lease negotiations, and final fit-out discussions, we ensured every detail aligned with their needs.

 

The Metcalf Building, 83 Pall Mall, St James’s sits next door to the world renown RAC Club. The building was originally designed by Henry Metcalf, and offers 42,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art office floors over 7 floors with views south over St James’s Park and north overlooking St James’s Square.
